Associate, Construction Surety

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of surety products, market appetite, and industry trends through on-the-job training and self-study
• Play an active role in the construction surety dual underwriting process using foundational business knowledge
• Build and maintain collaborative professional relationships with agents, brokers, and management
• Apply financial acumen and analysis to support business decisions
• Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to provide timely solutions and alternative courses of action

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (multiple majors considered)
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience, such as internships, part-time roles, or summer jobs
• Demonstrated leadership experience through community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities

Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $62,500 - $75,000 based on skills and experience
