About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform research and fact-finding by reviewing technical and non-technical documentation, including change orders, blueprints, and cost estimates.
- Conduct detailed data analysis on large datasets to identify trends and anomalies related to cost and schedule overruns.
- Quantify cost overruns and damages using analytical methods to support legal disputes.
- Assist in drafting expert reports by converting technical data into clear narratives for court venues.
- Perform economic modeling to determine lost profits resulting from schedule delays and cost overruns.
- Support world-renowned Quantum experts in dispute resolution, litigation support, and expert witness testimony.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Quantity Surveying.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with construction cost management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic consultancy environment.
- Authorized to work in the US without the need for future sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Professional Engineer’s license.
- At least 1 year of relevant industry experience in engineering, construction, or project management.
- Experience contributing to Quantum Expert or technical reports.
