Associate, Construction Quantum

Responsibilities

• Perform research and fact-finding by reviewing technical and non-technical documentation, including change orders, blueprints, and cost estimates.
• Conduct detailed data analysis on large datasets to identify trends and anomalies related to cost and schedule overruns.
• Quantify cost overruns and damages using analytical methods to support legal disputes.
• Assist in drafting expert reports by converting technical data into clear narratives for court venues.
• Perform economic modeling to determine lost profits resulting from schedule delays and cost overruns.
• Support world-renowned Quantum experts in dispute resolution, litigation support, and expert witness testimony.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Quantity Surveying.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with construction cost management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic consultancy environment.
• Authorized to work in the US without the need for future sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Professional Engineer’s license.
• At least 1 year of relevant industry experience in engineering, construction, or project management.
• Experience contributing to Quantum Expert or technical reports.
