Responsibilities
- Represent clients in complex litigation matters
- Provide claims counseling and advisory services
- Manage contract and business dispute matters
- Collaborate with the construction practice team in the West Palm Beach office
Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Experience in complex litigation, claims counseling, and contract/business disputes
- Excellent research and writing abilities
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Construction litigation experience is preferred but not required
