Associate, Complex Assets

Responsibilities

• Support the regional product agenda for Complex Assets, including product strategy, client experience design, and service governance.
• Act as a local point of contact for internal stakeholders across product management, operations, client services, and sales.
• Prepare RFI/RFP responses and coordinate input from relevant teams to support sales and organic growth.
• Assist with deal pricing, contract reviews, and profitability summaries.
• Draft and maintain sales literature and support client service education programs.
• Monitor applicable regulations and flag changes that may impact product offerings or solutions.
• Support strategic initiatives to improve cross-product operating models across Middle Office, Fund Accounting, and Margin Services.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in product management, operations, or a related function.
• Mandatory experience in the securities industry.
• Working knowledge of Derivatives, including OTCs, CFDs, FX, and ETDs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present information concisely.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Technical understanding of the investment company industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in middle office or back office operations of an asset manager or financial services firm.
• Previous client-facing exposure.
• Familiarity with cost and pricing methodologies for evaluating new business.
• Experience contributing to the full product life cycle, including discovery and requirements definition.
