Associate, Compensation Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client groups to support line of business compensation needs
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Talent Management to support the annual compensation and workforce planning processes
• Assist in structuring new employee offers, evaluating candidate buy-outs, and managing compensation for transfers and exits
• Monitor individual compensation decisions to ensure consistency in recognizing performance, skills, and experience
• Create and maintain compensation grids and ranges based on market intelligence
• Support pay equity audits and annual compensation benchmarking processes
• Develop and share HR compensation reports and analytics to drive informed decision-making by leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
• 3-5 years of analytical or compensation experience within the financial services industry
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to data and reporting
• Excellent communication and client management skills to interact with key stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
• Experience in the asset management industry
• Global compensation experience
• Proficiency with Workday or other specialized compensation platforms
