Associate Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal employee communications across various business functions
• Create communications plans, tactics, and assets for channels including the intranet, mobile app, email, and digital signage
• Advise and consult business partners on specific communication needs
• Oversee multi-channel messaging strategies and global executive communications to drive engagement
• Support corporate storytelling to build awareness and company culture
• Assist with global issues and crisis communications plans
• Partner with the internal communications team to plan and execute global leadership meetings
• Manage content calendars, workflows, and track communication metrics
• Proofread and review all messaging for grammar and brand voice accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, business administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate, employee, or marketing communications
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with graphic design and digital platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
• Experience with Unily Intranet, Microsoft SharePoint, or AI tools like Co-pilot/ChatGPT
