Associate Commercial Sourcing Advisor

Responsibilities

• Develop contracting strategies to establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and optimize commercial terms.
• Lead the bid package process from development through purchase order execution, ensuring alignment with stakeholder requirements.
• Prepare and negotiate terms and conditions for service and supply agreements to ensure cost competitiveness.
• Conduct benchmark studies and analyze data to support decision-making, including total cost of ownership and should-cost modeling.
• Serve as an advisor to maintain contract compliance, minimize risk, and act as a liaison between legal and business units.
• Identify opportunities for value creation through cost savings, cost avoidance, and revenue enhancement.
• Facilitate issue resolution regarding supplier performance and develop KPIs to measure supplier success.
• Utilize Supply Chain tools and systems to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Entry-level experience in supply chain roles such as strategic sourcing, contract administration, or contract management.
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing and contract development processes.
• Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, Tableau, and M365.
