Associate, Commercial Real Estate Banking

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts, providing customized financial solutions to meet client needs.
• Contribute to financial objectives including new loan acceptances, revenue growth, and customer acquisition.
• Prepare credit applications, annual reviews, and concise credit presentations in accordance with Bank standards.
• Perform due diligence to identify inherent risks and verify material facts for sound credit decisions.
• Monitor accounts to ensure the Bank’s security position remains within guidelines and all conditions are met.
• Support business development by researching prospects, conducting sales calls, and performing site visits.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to other departments such as Private Banking and Global Banking and Markets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial credit or real estate lending.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively articulate views internally and externally.
• Ability to work in a standard office-based environment with travel to client premises.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is mandatory.
