About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and maintenance of Azure production environments
- Ensure availability, performance, security, governance, and scalability of Azure systems
- Perform system troubleshooting and problem resolution across various platforms
- Support systems for metrics, logging, and monitoring on the Azure platform
- Maintain and manage tools for automation of operational processes
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in deploying and supporting complex datacenter or public cloud environments
- Experience supporting customers deploying workloads in the public cloud
- Familiarity with cloud networking constructs like Expressroute and VNETs
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating system administration
- Proficiency with Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, SQL, and Azure Active Directory
- Familiarity with Cloud Security services such as Defender for Cloud, Key Vault, and Azure Firewall
- Experience with Kubernetes systems administration
- Experience with application load testing and quality assurance
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry level public cloud related certification
