Associate Cloud MSP Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support clients' cloud infrastructure by responding to escalations and resolving incidents in AWS or Azure
• Manage and tune cloud-based tools for cost, security, and compliance
• Communicate ticket status and technical solutions to clients in business terms
• Create and maintain updated documentation for client environments
• Participate in weekly and monthly client discussions to review issues and improvements
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide off-hours support

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in infrastructure management or deployment
• 2 years of experience in AWS infrastructure management or deployment
• Familiarity with Database Administration (Oracle, open-source, or cloud-based solutions like AWS RDS/Aurora)
• Basic knowledge of cloud security and compliance controls
• Korean language ability

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience with cloud servers, services, and software
• Experience in a 24x7 managed services or NOC environment
• Experience with ITIL processes and ITSM systems
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux system administration
• Understanding of virtualization, containers, storage, encryption, and networking
• Operational knowledge of scripting languages
