Associate Clinical Trial Manager

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate on global study activities, working closely with Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers
• Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports within the clinical trial management system
• Interact with internal project teams, Sponsors, study sites, and third-party vendors
• Provide oversight and quality control of the internal regulatory filing system
• Manage study supplies and create/maintain project timelines
• Coordinate project meetings and produce high-quality minutes

Requirements

• PhD in Life Sciences
• Research experience specifically related to Gastrointestinal areas
• Fluency in English with strong presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, and word-processing software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or the pharmaceutical industry
