Associate Clinical Trial Manager

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate on global study activities alongside project coordinators and clinical trial managers
• Ensure timely delivery of recurrent tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Compile and maintain project-specific status reports within the clinical trial management system
• Interact with internal project teams, Sponsors, study sites, and third-party vendors
• Provide oversight and quality control of internal regulatory filing systems
• Manage study supplies and create/maintain project timelines
• Coordinate project meetings and produce high-quality minutes

Requirements

• PhD in Life Sciences
• Fluency in English
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic industry within an international team

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in key therapeutic focus areas such as Oncology, Cardiovascular, Endocrine/Metabolic, Nuclear Medicine, or Radiopharmaceuticals
• Post-Doctoral research experience
