About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business
  • Provide engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for CRM products
  • Build and sustain credible business relationships with healthcare professionals and physicians
  • Develop and facilitate training sessions and educational programs on CRM products
  • Respond to field inquiries from physicians, patients, and sales staff regarding product technicalities
  • Provide back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience
  • 0-2 years of related experience or certification from an accredited cardiac training program
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures
  • Familiarity with cath lab and operating room protocols
  • Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other personal computer software
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
