About the role
Responsibilities
- Grow, maintain, and support existing oncology customers
- Build relationships with key personnel at assigned oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth
- Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure adherence to prescribed protocols
- Assess medical professional needs regarding customer support, logistics, and problem-solving
- Educate medical professionals on Natera oncology products and test order management tools
- Utilize internal KPI reports related to patient retention and fulfilled order volume
- Partner with internal stakeholders including sales reps and patient coordinators
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associate's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Background in medical assisting, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing
- Or a minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail
- Ability to travel 25-50%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn software and reporting systems quickly
