About the role
Responsibilities
- Work with assigned COS to grow, maintain, and support existing customers
- Build relationships with key personnel at assigned Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth
- Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure adherence to prescribed protocols
- Assess the needs of medical professionals with a focus on customer support and logistics
- Educate medical professionals on Natera Oncology products and tools
- Utilize internal reports and KPIs related to patient retention and order volume
- Partner with internal stakeholders like sales reps and patient coordinators
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or Associate’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Background in medical assisting, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing
- Or a minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
