Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist

Responsibilities

• Work with assigned COS to grow, maintain, and support existing customers
• Build relationships with key personnel at assigned Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth
• Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure adherence to prescribed protocols
• Assess the needs of medical professionals with a focus on customer support and logistics
• Educate medical professionals on Natera Oncology products and tools
• Utilize internal reports of KPIs related to patient retention and order volume
• Partner with internal stakeholders like sales reps and patient coordinators

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or Associate’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Background in medical assisting, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing
• Or a minimum of 2 years of sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail
• Ability to travel 25-50%

• Experience in a fast-paced medical or clinical environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data spreadsheets
