Associate Clinical Liaison

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical education and support to orthodontists, general dentists, DSO organizations, and universities
• Provide unbiased medical information regarding company products to increase brand awareness and ensure safe product use
• Drive product adoption and growth by educating customers on clinical protocols, digital innovations, and software programs
• Host and execute speaker-led events and clinical educational programs
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and commercial teams to provide medical expertise and clinical guidance
• Conduct field visits and co-travel with the commercial team to achieve business objectives for assigned accounts
• Plan and execute one-to-one and group training sessions independently

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in dentistry (DDS, DMD, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical or dental customer relations
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to influence others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and establish priorities
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time within the assigned geography

• Master's degree in Orthodontics or a related field
