Associate Clinical Lead Director

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical teams in the delivery of large, multi-regional clinical trials in compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements
• Manage clinical project finances, including Estimate at Completion (EAC) and identifying out-of-scope work
• Develop and implement clinical strategies and risk mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure recruitment targets are met through appropriate strategic planning
• Oversee clinical quality delivery by monitoring compliance and managing quality issues
• Manage internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and resolution management
• Support talent planning, resourcing, and professional development for the clinical team
• Contribute to business proposals and participate in bid defense meetings
• Mentor and coach new peers entering clinical lead roles

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or a scientific discipline
• 10 years of clinical research or monitoring experience
• In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines
• Consolidated knowledge of Project Management practices and terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general IT systems
• Strong understanding of project finances and clinical trial conduct
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%
