Associate, Client Strategy

ShopMy is transforming e-commerce by building the infrastructure for human-led curation at scale. We help brands run performance-driven creator programs while enabling top creators to monetize their influence and partner directly with the brands they love.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client Strategy Managers on day-to-day brand account management
• Take ownership of execution, follow-through, and proactive communication with brand partners
• Meet directly with brand partners to identify and own action items to support brand strategy
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account data and documentation
• Support strategic projects across the organization and maintain project timelines
• Collaborate with other Associates to share best practices and drive efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1–3 years in account management, project management, or other client-facing roles
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Zoom
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with performance data to track trends and communicate insights
• Ability to identify and implement AI-driven workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a client-facing or account support role
• Familiarity with creator economy, influencer, or affiliate marketing
• Remote startup experience
• Ability to execute under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Salesforce
