Associate, Client Solutions Group

Responsibilities

• Support the servicing and development of Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutional clients and regional JV partners in the DACH region
• Assist Relationship Managers in client coverage and business development activities
• Manage ad-hoc client requests and prepare fundraising materials, presentations, and due diligence responses
• Support investor onboarding, closing processes, and KYC/AML requirements
• Work with the RFP team on client proposals and DDQ processes
• Maintain detailed records of investor activity and pipeline developments
• Build internal relationships across investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Client Solutions function

Requirements

• Relevant experience in private markets, institutional investor relations, fundraising, or asset management
• Strong understanding of institutional investors and private markets products
• Experience supporting institutional clients, ideally within the DACH market
• Fluency in German and English is essential
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional qualifications such as IMC or CAIA
