Associate Client Reference Data Management and Governance

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client and company records in data platforms and CRM systems.
• Monitor and manage data hierarchies to ensure accurate mapping of company structures.
• Act as a subject matter expert for client reference data and master platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold data quality standards and support initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Participate in data remediation projects to address legacy issues and support transformation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal data governance policies.
• Contribute to the documentation and refinement of data management processes and SOPs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Asset Management operations and/or data management.
• Strong understanding of client reference data and business operations.
• Proficiency with databases and data analysis software such as SQL, Python, Business Objects, or Alteryx.
• Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.com.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality frameworks, and operational risk management.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and recommend feasible solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage global stakeholders.
