About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management products.
  • Provide bespoke risk management strategies and expert suggestions to minimize client FX risk.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to assist in business origination and understand client industry environments.
  • Deliver on key performance indicators including revenue targets, client retention, and increased wallet-share.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional meetings and presentations.
  • Identify new business opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and client referrals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Financial Services sales or relationship management.
  • Experience working within an FX institution, commercial bank, or selling financial instruments to SMEs/corporates.
  • Fluency in Spanish and strong business-level English.
  • Solid understanding of relevant financial compliance requirements.
  • Strong technical ability in statistical and fundamental analysis and risk management practices.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Academic background in Business or Finance.
  • An established network of professional contacts within the industry.
