Associate, Client Integrations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Integrate new clients onto Epsilon platforms by designing, developing, implementing, and testing technical solutions.
• Develop scripts, maintain database tables, and process data feeds to support client initiatives.
• Conceptualize integration strategies for complex, large-scale clients and provide ongoing technical support.
• Troubleshoot issues impacting impression, click, and conversion data to drive resolution.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Sales, and Account Management.
• Identify opportunities for automation and best practices to enhance enterprise-wide efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar digital role or technical AdTech position.
• Advanced coding proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and HTML.
• Strong knowledge of digital ad tagging, tracking scripts, pixels, and measurement.
• Experience with DSPs, Ad Servers, SSPs, CDPs, and DMPs.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot discrepancies in impression and conversion data.
• Understanding of programmatic buying, real-time bidding (RTB), and URL structures/UTM parameters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor technical information for different audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in additional coding languages such as PHP, Python, or Shell.
