Associate, Client Advisor

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and maintenance of clients’ investment and strategic financial plans
• Coordinate account openings, transfers, and ongoing portfolio administration
• Prepare customized client meeting materials, presentations, and reports
• Monitor portfolios to ensure alignment with target asset allocations and investment guidelines
• Confirm and track trading activity and other investment-related transactions
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries
• Collaborate with tax advisors, estate planners, and other professionals
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and discretion with confidential information
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• 1+ years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in pursuing CFA, CFP, or other professional certifications
• Experience with Addepar or RedBlack
