Associate City Head - Commercial

Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and revenue targets.
• Identify growth opportunities and set targets for new restaurant acquisitions and live partner growth.
• Manage overall city performance by analyzing KPIs across different zones to optimize partner, customer, and rider experiences.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute on-ground activities and generate sales opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the commercial team, providing regular feedback and performance assessments.
• Monitor competitor activities and implement plans to improve market potential.
• Drive non-commission revenue through advertising deals and strategic partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal departments including Finance, Operations, and Logistics to ensure seamless city operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven leadership and people management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Food Industry market.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and professional pricing models.
• Advanced fluency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Alexandria.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the E-commerce industry.
• Proven track record of scaling teams and managing complex portfolios.
