Responsibilities

• Oversee all nursing operations across production and evaluation environments to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Establish agentic clinical protocols, workflows, and quality standards aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a clinical counterpart to engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to translate nursing expertise into technical requirements.
• Represent the company at national nursing conferences and in media opportunities to build clinical trust.
• Partner with sales and customer success teams to address client needs and build trust with health system partners.
• Collaborate with product teams to define nursing-specific AI capabilities, use cases, and clinical guardrails.
• Lead continuous discovery with clinical leaders to understand care model economics and workforce dynamics.
• Build a nursing transformation practice to help health systems reimagine operational models using AI.

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing with a BSN required
• 10+ years of nursing leadership experience
• 5+ years of experience across diverse care settings, including managing virtual workforces
• Direct P&L responsibility across multiple cost centers or operational lines
• Experience working directly with non-clinical functions such as product, engineering, or sales
• Proven track record of designing or scaling clinical implementation or workflow transformation programs
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders and external clients
• Strong analytical mindset to translate clinical concepts into product requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• MSN, DNP, or equivalent advanced nursing degree
• 2+ years of nursing leadership experience in health-tech, digital health, or AI/ML-enabled care
• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous, cross-functional environments
• Experience building or scaling a clinical implementation function
