About the role
Responsibilities
- Apply GMP/GLP standards and follow EPA and company SOPs
- Perform preparation and analysis of environmental samples for PFAS testing
- Conduct QC review and assemble supporting data for work performed
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and prepare standard solutions
- Use PC-based word processors and spreadsheets
- Dispose of chemical wastes using approved methods
- Maintain safe work practices and work overtime as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Proficiency with computers
- Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship
- Professional working proficiency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with sample preparation
- Previous experience in a lab setting
