About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform preparation and analysis of environmental samples using LC/MS and other analytical methods
- Follow GMP/GLP standards, EPA regulations, and company SOPs
- Conduct routine QC testing and review supporting data
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and prepare standard solutions
- Dispose of chemical wastes using approved methods
- Work 2nd shift (M-F, 3pm–11:30pm) after initial training period
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- BS in Chemistry with analytical chemistry coursework
- Previous laboratory experience
- Experience with LC/MS or GC/MS instrumentation
- Environmental Science coursework or experience
