Associate Chemist - Environment Testing - LC/MS

Responsibilities

• Perform preparation and analysis of environmental samples using LC/MS and other analytical methods
• Follow GMP/GLP standards, EPA regulations, and company SOPs
• Conduct routine QC testing and review supporting data
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and prepare standard solutions
• Dispose of chemical wastes using approved methods
• Work 2nd shift (M-F, 3pm–11:30pm) after initial training period

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry with analytical chemistry coursework
• Previous laboratory experience
• Experience with LC/MS or GC/MS instrumentation
• Environmental Science coursework or experience
