About the Company

Responsibilities
- Lead the team responsible for ICSR management for selected projects
- Ensure adequate distribution of tasks and oversee workflow processes
- Line manage assigned ICSR staff
- Create and maintain project-specific KPIs to increase team efficiency
- Propose process changes to the ICSR Operational Lead
- Manage ICSR deviations with support from the Operational Lead
- Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy
- Participate in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases
- Act as the assigned team Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Requirements
- Life science degree, pharmacy, nursing, or other healthcare-related qualification
- Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance
- Demonstrated work experience in a line management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Proven delegation, planning, and time management skills
