Associate Case Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete patient journey from apheresis through to final product delivery, infusion, and post-infusion activities
• Act as the primary point of contact for Qualified Treatment Centres (QTCs) and CAR T Coordinators
• Manage patient cases from site identification and referral through to follow-up
• Provide high-quality customer service to external healthcare providers and internal cross-functional partners
• Triage external enquiries, including medical or quality-related questions, to appropriate stakeholders
• Support and maintain Kite digital platforms and deliver training sessions to users
• Provide operational and administrative support to the Cell Therapy Business Unit, including meeting organization and inventory management
• Assist with contracting activities, purchase orders, and vendor coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or customer-facing administration
• Fluency in English, Dutch, and French (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data management
• Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or clinical trials
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical processes, personalized medicine, and hospital environments
• Experience working with complex IT systems, portals, or invoicing systems
