Associate Campus Pastor

Responsibilities

• Recruit, equip, and empower staff, Dream Team, and small group leaders
• Mentor leaders to grow spiritually and develop leadership capacity
• Provide pastoral care through prayer, counseling, discipleship, and encouragement
• Support the Campus Pastor in preaching, teaching, and leading services
• Provide leadership for key ministry areas including Small Groups, Kids, Students, and Outreach
• Partner with the Campus Pastor to oversee campus operations, services, and facilities
• Oversee campus finances and resource stewardship

Requirements

• Clear call to vocational ministry
• 3–5 years of proven ministry and leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, pastoral, and organizational leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to build, empower, and multiply leaders and teams
• Full alignment with the mission, vision, and culture of Church of the Highlands
