Associate CAD Operator

Responsibilities

• Assist dental technicians with technical PC operations, including image adjustments using proprietary Treat software.
• Follow specific instructions from dental technicians to support the creation of orthodontic treatment plans.
• Maintain high quality and efficiency to meet performance indicators such as case volume and response time.
• Propose process improvements to enhance service quality, time management, and cost reduction.
• Actively engage in team goals and contribute to the overall objectives of the company.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Experience creating documents and communicating via email using a PC.
• 0-2 years of directly related work experience.
• If no prior PC experience is held, a dental hygienist qualification with relevant clinical knowledge is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using CAD software.
• English language skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
