Associate CAD Designer

Responsibilities

• Prepare Invisalign virtual setups from start to finish, including virtual impressions, treatment setup, and gingiva adjustment
• Utilize Align proprietary software (Treat) to execute tasks based on doctor prescriptions and internal treatment protocols
• Update and complete cases, including complaint follow-ups and reassigned cases
• Propose ideas for procedures and processes to improve service, customer satisfaction, and department efficiency
• Meet performance metrics regarding volume handled, average handle time, and quality standards
• Actively participate in achieving team goals and company objectives

Requirements

• Japan Dental Technician License
• Native level fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Strong understanding of orthodontic clinical concepts
• High level of computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
