About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare Invisalign virtual setups from start to finish, including virtual impressions, treatment setup, and gingiva adjustment
- Utilize Align proprietary software (Treat) to execute tasks based on doctor prescriptions and internal treatment protocols
- Update and complete cases, including complaint follow-ups and reassigned cases
- Propose ideas for procedures and processes to improve service, customer satisfaction, and department efficiency
- Meet performance metrics regarding volume handled, average handle time, and quality standards
- Actively participate in achieving team goals and company objectives
Requirements
- Japan Dental Technician License
- Native level fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Strong understanding of orthodontic clinical concepts
- High level of computer literacy
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
