Associate Buyer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage departmental classification activities to support product strategies.
• Analyze product trends and historical data to assist in developing seasonal strategies and financial targets.
• Create, update, and distribute assortment sheets to appropriate business partners.
• Provide data support for line edit meetings, product assortment assessments, and Senior Management line reviews.
• Monitor sales performance to identify trends and participate in sales forecast and OTB discussions.
• Conduct competitive analysis and store visits to develop expert knowledge of the customer base and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Planning, Inventory Control, and Distribution.
• Communicate with field teams to gather feedback on sales, fit, and product performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 0-2 years of experience in retail, buying, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends.
• Creative mindset with a deep understanding of fashion trends and product aesthetics.
• Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
