Associate Buyer

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the assigned Men's product category, managing selection, pricing, inventory, and performance to drive profitability.
• Curate innovative product selections by analyzing shopping patterns, market trends, and consumer desires.
• Work closely with vendors to identify new items and drive exclusivity in products, terms, and pricing.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and new suppliers to bring the best products to the customer base.
• Coach and mentor assistant buyers in trend analysis, product selection, and vendor management.
• Participate in seasonal buying decisions and strategic merchandising plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in buying or merchandising, ideally within eCommerce fashion.
• Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills, CA, during core business hours.
