Responsibilities

• Curate innovative and compelling product selections tailored to the Men's category and customer demographic
• Analyze shopping patterns, past purchases, and market trends to shape strategic buying decisions
• Take full ownership of assigned product categories, managing selection, pricing, inventory, and performance
• Work closely with vendors to identify and select items and drive exclusivity in products and terms
• Partner with cross-functional teams and new suppliers to bring the best products to customers
• Coach and mentor assistant buyers in product selection, trend analysis, and vendor management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in buying or merchandising, ideally in eCommerce fashion
• Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
