Associate Buyer

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned product categories, managing selection, pricing, inventory, and performance to drive sales and profitability.
• Curate innovative product selections by analyzing shopping patterns, market trends, and consumer desires.
• Work closely with vendors to identify new items, drive exclusivity in products and terms, and manage vendor relationships.
• Participate in seasonal buying decisions and product purchase planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to bring the best products to customers and support business objectives.
• Coach and mentor assistant buyers in trend analysis, product selection, and vendor management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in buying or merchandising, ideally within the eCommerce fashion industry.
• Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-tasking environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills, California.
