About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor communications, including tracking PO status and negotiating favorable pricing, lead times, and payment terms
  • Execute the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition, order placement, and delivery tracking
  • Maintain accurate procurement data within the ERP system regarding delivery forecasts, pricing, and part revisions
  • Partner with the Global Demand Planner to align procurement activities with product forecasts and inventory goals
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support new sourcing initiatives for R&D and New Product Introduction (NPI)
  • Monitor and report on procurement KPIs and prepare analysis for senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of advanced Excel experience
  • 1+ years of experience working with ERP or MRP systems
  • Proven experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supplier management
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets to make informed purchasing decisions
