Associate - Business

Responsibilities

• Manage components of complex corporate transactions both collaboratively and independently
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal counsel to clients
• Handle a broad range of corporate matters including entity formation and governance
• Execute tasks related to mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
• Assist with private placements and other business-related legal requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of corporate law experience
• Substantive experience in entity formation and governance
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
• Experience in private placements
• Strong academic background
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
