Associate Business Performance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead market performance for Core 5 Beauty & Wellbeing brands in the US by delivering actionable insights.
• Facilitate monthly performance review meetings with leadership to discuss business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead monthly share reporting and provide strategic recommendations to brand teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to support brand positioning and 6P analyses.
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand, Finance, CMI, and MMC teams to build cohesive business narratives.
• Translate complex data into clear, strategic insights for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in CS&P, Marketing, or Finance.
• Strong analytical skillset with fluency in Circana, Numerator, and Excel.
• Proven ability to turn data insights into strategic thinking and actionable ideas.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a record of driving initiative.
• High attention to detail and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
