About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the main HR partner for assigned clients and support HR service delivery
- Partner with leadership to execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage performance management cycles and employee relations cases
- Ensure proper HR documentation, compliance, and reporting
- Support organizational development initiatives and process improvements
Requirements
- 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP roles
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Organizational Development (OD), performance management, and employee relations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
