Associate Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage product lifecycles for Home Appliances Parts & Accessories from planning through production and release.
• Coordinate across design, manufacturing, marketing, and quality teams to ensure seamless distribution.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify customer needs and market gaps.
• Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for product positioning and pricing strategies.
• Prioritize the implementation of new features and set development timelines.
• Monitor and report on user reactions post-launch to suggest product enhancements.
• Create support and training documentation for both internal and external users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, product management, strategic marketing, or management consulting.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in both English and Korean is a plus.
