Responsibilities

• Manage the assessment and implementation of new trading initiatives and trading access changes
• Onboard and decommission traders, exchanges, products, execution systems, and clearing firms
• Gather relevant data, details, and timelines to define project scope
• Project manage initiatives to completion with transparency and quick turnaround
• Assist with managing exchange relationships including new product launches and rebate programs
• Act as a point of contact for traders on various trading inquiries

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in a trading environment (front office, operations, risk, compliance, or project management)
• Experience onboarding clearing firms, prime brokerages, exchanges, or execution systems
• Previous project management experience
• Experience coordinating with global teams across US, Europe, and Asia
• Understanding of regulatory, tax, risk, treasury, and legal factors in business onboarding
• Proven ability to work directly with traders in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills
