Associate, Business Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Analyze actual spend against approved budgets across all Corporate SG&A cost domains
• Develop and maintain forward-looking cost forecasts and reforecast cycles
• Build interactive dashboards to surface cost trends proactively
• Translate data findings into clear narratives and defensible recommendations
• Partner with department leaders to ensure BI outputs meet decision needs
• Develop standardized reporting frameworks and forecasting templates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, FP&A, or corporate finance
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with BI or dashboarding tools
• Strong communication skills for translating complex data for non-finance audiences
• Detail-oriented with ability to reconcile complex datasets

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree
• Experience with AI tools and automated reporting
• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
