About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain target client relationships
  • Conduct prospecting activities via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings
  • Generate new job orders weekly to meet performance objectives
  • Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment
  • Utilize Bullhorn to log activity and manage book of business
  • Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill positions across business lines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 0 to 18 months of technology sales or staffing experience
  • Strong customer and candidate focus
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active member of the IT community or networking groups
