Associate, Business Development

Responsibilities

• Design and run the end-to-end business development engine, including sourcing, research, and pipeline tracking
• Build workflows and governance to provide leadership visibility into pipeline health and revenue trajectory
• Create tailored presentations and proposals for prospective clients
• Manage and track the prospective client pipeline in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
• Develop materials and playbooks to support consistent prospective client engagement
• Build dashboards and tools to track KPIs and operational effectiveness
• Analyze referral sources and pipeline metrics to identify trends
• Support execution of key firm initiatives and internal communications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in strategy, business development, consulting, or investment management
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven client-facing experience
• High attention to detail and discretion
