Associate Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors
• Support the Lead Generation Manager in seeking out and developing new business leads
• Assist in qualifying leads and maintaining accurate records within Salesforce
• Prepare presentations and manage PCI site visits, including room bookings and attendee organization
• Coordinate with technical, project management, and manufacturing teams to respond to client inquiries
• Attend client meetings and generate comprehensive meeting minutes
• Support account managers in maintaining relationships with existing clients and managing smaller accounts
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide market intelligence
• Manage administrative tasks including legal documentation (CDAs/MSAs) and new client setup

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn technical concepts related to drug development and manufacturing
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
