Associate Business Development Director

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic partnerships and frameworks with key advertisers and agencies in Hong Kong
• Acquire and cultivate long-term relationships with senior leaders, including C-level executives
• Lead responses to RFPs and new client opportunities, including qualification and win strategies
• Prospect and negotiate new Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, account management, trading, and product to grow accounts
• Identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by translating platform value to client business needs
• Manage and communicate accurate monthly forecasts and sales pipelines

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in digital advertising sales
• Proven experience managing senior-level relationships and C-suite stakeholders
• Deep knowledge of the advertising ecosystem, including advertisers, publishers, and agency dynamics
• Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience in programmatic platform sales
• Experience creating annual business plans and conducting formal business reviews
• Ability to deconstruct complex technical topics for diverse audiences
