Associate Business Development Consultant

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior advisers to support business leaders with proposals, pitches, and marketing efforts
• Grow into achieving individual consultative sales goals, including bookings and revenue targets
• Use consulting frameworks to discover client needs and analyze data to deliver results-driven recommendations
• Manage detailed change initiatives and produce high-quality deliverables for clients
• Collaborate to develop, present, and facilitate executive sessions
• Build deep client relationships to influence decision-making and design lasting organizational solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
• At least one year of experience in sales, fundraising, recruiting, client relationship management, or entrepreneurial efforts
• Demonstrated leadership experience in education, volunteer activities, or professional work
• Eligibility to work in India
• Commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Bangalore office

Preferred Qualifications

• At least two years of paid professional experience in solution-based sales (for candidates without a master's degree)
• Experience using AI for research, analysis, or content development
