Associate Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process and workflow analyses, including developing descriptions, use cases, and scenarios
• Compile and deliver accurate data and reports to inform leadership decisions
• Research and respond to student, faculty, and staff inquiries regarding programs and processes
• Monitor program systems to identify improvement opportunities and implement creative solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and develop process requirements
• Perform quality audits on data used in reports and dashboards to resolve inconsistencies
• Organize and monitor projects through completion to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience
• 1 year of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2016 or Office 365
• Experience with process flows and value stream maps
• Ability to obtain a Green Belt certification or equivalent within 6 months of starting

Preferred Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
